This week is family vacation. And although it hasn’t felt much like vacation, we still made it to Chicago for the day. We went to the Cheesecake Factory, ate Chicago style pizza, walked Navy Pier, shopped, and most importantly… rode the electric train there and back. : ) Here a just a couple pictures from our trip. I’m more a “people” photographer, but I did snap these photos of inanimate things.
And this post completes my fantastic week of family sessions! These kiddos were so much fun. I photographed them in their own backyard and it was fun to watch them play on their own playground and swim in their own pond. There’s something special about having pictures taken right where you live. All three of them kept me laughing with their silly comments and cute outfits. Thanks for a fun morning, guys!
I have been photographing so many adorable families lately! I love it! And I loved this family as well. 
The boys had so much energy! They were running and rolling all over VanRaalte hill. Their mom brought along those awesome balloons! Aren’t they fun? Well, unfortunately I told the boys to have a balloon war, and one of them ended up popping pretty quickly, but I’m glad I still got a couple cute ones while they were all floating high. Thanks so much for bringing all of your energy to the shoot, I really enjoyed our time together.
